the cgo included .h files need to be referenced by a Go package so go mod works #13

This package is not go mod vendor compatible due to this issue: golang/go#26366 (comment)

The problem is that go mod vendor does not vendor hidapi.h.

This results in a build error when building with go build -mod=vendor:

fatal error: ./hidapi/hidapi/hidapi.h: No such file or directory
 #include "./hidapi/hidapi/hidapi.h"
