Fix the watchface on watches with elbbeP (or other RTL supported) firmware

Because I use the https://elbbeP.cpfx.ca/ firmware for the Hebrew support all the Hebrew text in your watchface id left-to-right. I've made a small lib that detects the firmware and fixes the strings no matter what firmware it runs on.
