This is a regression since https://github.com/AbsaOSS/k8gb/issues/144

Helm upgrade removes DNSEndpoint and k8gb CRDs on helm chart upgrade.

Move crds back to templates folder

Fixes https://github.com/AbsaOSS/k8gb/issues/345

Until we found a better solution, lets just revert a move, to prevent
potential bad chart version upgrades.
