Provisioning cluster with split role stuck at status updating

Environmental Info:
K3s Version:
k3s version v1.29.13-rc2+k3s1, v1.30.9-rc1+k3s1

Node(s) CPU architecture, OS, and Version:
NA

Cluster Configuration:
3 etcd
2 cp
1 agent

Describe the bug:
While provisioning a cluster on rancher with split role setup, cluster is in updating state

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Install rancher version v2.10.1
2. Update KDM to use the rc for January release
3. Provision a cluster using AWS cloud providet

Expected behavior:
Cluster should be up with Nodes Ready

Actual behavior:
Cluster stuck at Updating state
