Compiling pytorch-1.0 branch #726

Hello!

Following instructions from here https://github.com/andrewjong/SwapNet, I've tried to compile pytorch-1.0 branch. Unfortunately, I've got an error when running setup.py build develop command from lib folder. Before running it, I've done instructions from post #402 (comment). Here is an error log https://drive.google.com/file/d/1flfI07cs9usl203uZqG2h7v8yqIiFsVA/view?usp=sharing. I have Ubuntu 18.04 and 2 Nvidia 1080Ti GPUs. What am I probably doing wrong? Can share any other information about my hardware and software, if needed.

Use python3.7 ....the problem is pytorch is installed on python3.7 and I have many python versions. python3.7 is not default for me.
