MEOS in Rust

Hey there!

I just saw this repo and since I'm currently building another wrapper for MEOS in Rust, I was wondering whether we could maybe collaborate. Do you have any particular workstream for what you need MEOS in Rust? I can maybe prioritize working on the features you need to avoid duplicating the work. Let me know if I can help in any way. I'm also open for any open criticism regarding my current approach, as it's my first experience with FFI.

Hello- So I was happy to find you are working on official Rust bindings, that's great! Unfortunately though my work in this area has paused for now. I'll try to keep an eye on what you are up to over there and if I get a restart then I'll definitely look to adopt your implementation and try to contribute something back.
