;1. There's a bug when restoring weapon health. If all weapons are already full, it'll actually try to heal ABOVE them and cause the health to loop [UNSURE IF FIXED]
;Someone stated when Acid Burst had 1 life left, they were able to charge and release it and it underflowed.
;Seems to be fixed now. Added a BVS check so it'd check if underflow flag was set. If so, it'd skip right to the end and store the empty sub-weapon ammo. [SHOULD BE FIXED NOW]
;2. If Neon Tiger is hit with the Z-Saber wave (I think only when blocking?) it alters his palette... not sure why this would do that since Z-Saber Wave hasn't even been touched.

;3. There's a bug for sure with the stats at $7E:F300. This HAS just been confirmed. It seems to possibly only occur when you're playing as Zero in Doppler Stage 1.
