More prominent command line prompt for app installation instructions

Proposed change

I am proposing to make the command line prompt to configure the app more prominent.

I had some LEAP users struggling with authenticating, because they missed this crucial step during setup.

Having something like:

++++++++++++++ IMPORTANT +++++++++++++++++
Visit https://github.com/apps/... to manage list of repositories you can push to from this location
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

or similar, would be great to highlight this step in the command line.
