Improvement suggestion: replace lodash.debounce with moderndash

lodash.debounce dependency adds over 10KB (3.55 gzipped) to our bundle size. I believe this can be cut down by replacing lodash.debounce with moderndash's debounce. It's not a straight 1-1 replacement, since moderndash's debounce does not include options argument.

Please let me know your thoughts on this!

The Good:

• Moderndash looks very interesting, certainly modern, well maintained and documented
• It's been maintained actively for several years

The Bad:

• It has very few stars, so I wonder how much use it gets and battle-tested it is
• Since it's not used a lot, it might miss key features and useful edge cases

Also, there's no comparison matrix between lodash, moderndash and a potential third (common) option, detailing advantages and disadvantages for the switch. It would be great to have as a basis for further discussion!

The main issue here is the additional options parameter that lodash provides. Moderndash does not accept this parameter, meaning a choice would have to be made, either deprecating options from usehooks-ts's hooks or building a wrapper around moderndash's debounce to add this functionality. The wrapper itself does not seem particularly complicated, but it does add more code needing to be maintained in the future.

Underscore doesn't really provide any benefits over moderndash, so I think it can be excluded from this discussion.
