  1. Run application with GUI
  2. Connect gamepad
  3. Click on some button on main window
  4. Click on some keyboard key
  5. Click on "Advanced" button
  6. Add several slots
  7. Join them
  8. Go back to main window
  9. Click on changed button

Workaround: Save changes immediately after returning to main window and refresh joysticks
