running BASS but no output is generated #1

Hello,

I attempted to run BASS on a dataset that I have generated and it does not seem to create any outputs.

What I did is as follows:

Saved a gene expression matrix in text format separated by "space" with the dimensions of 28964 x 327
Changed the value given for v to 28964 observations and n to 327 to reflect the datasets dimensions, and changed fileY to the new input file in the runBASS.sh script.
ran BASS by using bash runBASS.sh

This generated the output directory without any contents.

Could you help me figure out what might be the cause here? I used all the other parameters with their default values.
