Cannot change the case of tags after saving password

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create password
2.add a tag with all lowercase letters
3.save
4.select same password
5.edit the tag to be mixed case or upper case (mysql -> MYSQL)
6.search for password
7. notice the tag remains the original lowercase

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to edit the case of tags.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3 on Linux
