How to integrate this plugin with nvim-lsp-installer?

I'm trying to use this plugin with nvim-lsp-installer (as title says) but the on_attach function of the README.md overwrite the defaults mappings of the on_attach function of nvim-lspconfig and I cannot hover, rename, go to definition, among others...

I don't use nvim-lsp-installer, but you don't need to copy-paste every single setting from the README, just whatever you actually want to change. If the issue is that you are overriding keybinds, why not delete the lines where those keybinds are defined?
