Add a token access code to interact with the api rest

As project owner
I want to restrict the use of my api to those who have a valid api rest token
To do so, I'll create an api token as an environment variable and check it matches with the tokens sent in controllers
I will know this requirement is met when I will have to use my own token to make queries in production
