What do the flags mean?

HINT:

The flag is in the format PICOCTF{}

STEPS:

First, download the file given.
Then i open the file using hexeditor at linux.

Since the header file not broken, so we may view the image.

After i did small research, i found a cheatsheet.

OUTPUT:

Based from the cheatsheet we got this output:

Finally we got the flag!
