Problem to flash

This solution to get water consumption into Home Assistant looks really impressive and I have been trying to install it for a while but am still struggling with the first step. I have tried 4 different esp32 cam boards (2 different brands), two different computers, flashing with Phyton as well as the webinstaller, without any luck. I even bought a second UART device to rule hardware problems out of the picture.

Regardless all my attempts I have not been able to establish contact between the computer and the cam board. From the webinstaller I am getting "Failed to initialize. Try resetting your device or holding the BOOT button while clicking INSTALL." My last attempt was to use an external power supply, but still no success.

I am running out of clues so any suggestions or hints would be highly appreciated!

The webinstaller installs version 15.7.0, so you also have to use the right SD files.

Thanks, for pointing this out. Unfortunately I am still stuck on the flashing step. I not able to flash the board at all.

Take a picture of your board and put it in here. On the webinstaller side everything actually says how you have to proceed.
