Add support for name converters implementing the NameConverterInterface

We can actually define a name converter with the name_converter key in the config but this supports only a convert implementing the AdvancedNameConverterInterface. In SF 7.2, AdvancedNameConverterInterface has been deprecated in favor of NameConverterInterface which has the same signature since SF 7.1, see symfony/symfony#58308.
