通过无人车的激光雷达系统，实现物体检测、雨雾天气检测、物体最终、轨迹预测以及负障碍预测。

Non-functional requirements

雷达解析工作确保正确率达到99%以上
物体检测效率实现帧率15帧/s以上
物体追踪实现正确率95%以上，耗时不超过10ms
轨迹预测实现在80%以上测试环境总可以预测出符合实际情况的轨迹
雨雾检测效率实现20HZ以上
所有zcm消息发送成功率要求在99%以上
内存占用符合要求
准确率实现要求
错误处理、异常处理满足系统要求
