><span class="blink"></span> <br /><br /> Hello, below you will find my resume which has a detailed breakdown of 7+yrs(of 14) relevant work experience as well as a list of languages and applications I have used at the various jobs listed
as well as platforms and services used for freelance or on the job.
</div>
<br /><br />
<div class="break">
That being said, I have 14yrs of design experience that has pivoted from a strict graphic design career with a focus on print and branding into User Interface design along with a top-to-bottom Development background. My true love is Front-End web development
that uses any platform or framework that best fits the project & clients needs. This has given me multiple perspectives on how to achieve not only my goals of building solid forward thinking designs that PEOPLE will enjoy using. These
projects aim to provide organized solutions to complicated sets of information important to the client’s success. I have worked in various settings ranging from non-standard company cultures like start-up, agencies, remote and corporate enterprise
sized teams.
</div>
<br /><br />
<div class="break">
My roles & responsibilities have shifted from a clear visual organization and aesthetic approach, to focus more on usability, interactions, goals and user/customer journey centered development that extends past the designs. Along with the UX/CX, I’ve
had a more hands-on role in the initial concept phases that involve connecting photography, animation, content, goals and honest voice that adds value.
</div>
<br /><br />
<div class="break">
Being able to understand the interaction execution allows me to plan feasible concepts while still attempting to move the needle. My top-to-bottom / concept-to-launch experience that encompasses giving a brand a look and voice to post-launch feature iteration
makes me a valuable resource on creative projects. I can not only concept and create the needed assets but build the product or experience that goes around it.
</div>
<br /><br />
<div class="break">
For most of 2017, I've been working in the Digital Marketing and Email arm of Dick's Sporting Goods since August of 2015 where I've been the digital execution strategist for the Outdoor '16 and '17 campaigns. I've also re-wrote our codebase for emails
addressing app/client nuances affecting the way our emails were displayed and used. In tandem with this I've trained other designers on HTML and development best practices and educated them on concepts of "Mobile First" and Responsive Design
philosophies. And now, with marketing channels being more connected internally, I've begun taking that to the next level to provide a more unified & engaging customer experience.
</div>
<br /><br />
<div class="break">
More recently, I’ve been leading the development of a responsive framework and custom interface to allow the creation of ecommerce sections and emails to be done through a wysiwyg editor and automation tool that allows projects to be cataloged, saved
and searched for with the help of ReactJS, MJML, JSON, Bootstrap and some other nifty layering of languages.
