Missing "parse=1" parameter in tasks.add #1

in the Task.add! method
there isn't the "parse =1" parameter to enable the smart parser when we add a task

it's been a while since I haven't looked at RTM and rufus-rtm.

Do you have time to package that explanation as a patch ? Thanks in advance.
