Обмен через XML-RPC требует модификации 1с и 
сервера.
Почему бы не использовать мэйл с xml в attach 
для обмена.
+ просто сделать в андроиде
+ к 1с можно подключить обработкой 
+ не нужно все время включенный сервер 1с
+ пользователь может письма на отправку 
формировать в андроиде и без интернета, с 
последующей отправкой при входе в зону wi-fi 
к примеру.
