Implement the missing LXC-provisioning and Koha-installation setup fearures.

There is still some LXC-creation and provisioining features and Koha-deployment setup functionalitis and scripted tasks missing from the repository Ansible code-base. They are nearly working in my control machine and in localdev-inventory and they will be commited here during the Jan 2017 to make this repository a fully functional LXC-enabled Ansible/Bash shell-driven Koha-deployment, development, db migration nd configuration management tool and provisioining Linux tooling environment.
