New Feature: Duplicate Frame Detection and Removal

Uses FFmpeg mpdecimate filter to detect and selectively copy detected unique PNG frames files to a new path
User specifies a sensitivity level for duplicate detection (varies by video; experimentation needed for best results)
Can use auto-incrementing directory to ease trial-and-error
