Some clairctl Commands Fail for an Image Whose Host Name Contains a Colon

The host portion of a Docker image name may include a port specification. For example, the Docker document Deploy a registry server shows how to create a local copy of the image ubuntu:16.04 with the name localhost:5000/my-ubuntu. If we used this image name in a clairctl command such as

$ clairctl analyze localhost:5000/my-ubuntu --local

then the command will fail with a 400 error, even if the clair user is logged into localhost:5000/my-ubuntu.
