Arabic Extended-B, and other Unicode Blocks from Unicode 14.0 haven't been added to Unicodes yet for no reason what so ever. Instead, they are changed into the next block (like Arabic Extended-B changed to Arabic Extended-A).

The same problem now happens with Cyrillic Extended-D and other blocks from Unicode 15.0 or later. Characters from Unicode 15.1 or later don't have names.
