Notification on node level

What feature do you want to see added?

I am working on a project that pulls NODE data from Jenkins every time threshold for further analysis.
I noticed that Jenkins locks my rest request every couple of minutes and the result takes 5 minutes instead of 1-2 seconds! So I started considering other options.

I am wondering if you are going to add a notification per node level to this plugin - For example, when the agent is down at a node, the plugin sends node data.
