Description

jenkinsci/jenkins#9287 removed the "Disable Project" button from Jenkins 2.460+.

Despite significant negative user feedback in that PR after it was merged, it has not been reinstated since and the upcoming LTS line will not have it. I expect a ton of people (including me on trusted.ci) prefer to have this button than not have it. So this plugin takes care of this problem.
