Provide more feedback on failed releases

The CD action doesn't provide much output if a release was not successful. Currently, this can be observed in the script security cd workflow: https://github.com/jenkinsci/script-security-plugin/runs/5311977921?check_suite_focus=true
Carrol merged my PR ~18h ago, which has the appropriate "interesting labels", yet the action failed to do a release since then.

The output reports a failed result but doesn't state what went wrong or what you could do to trigger a successful result, aside from releasing manually.
