[Question] Can these work in the Scene View at edit time?

Hey there,
I was wondering if you happen to know off hand if these tweens can occur in the Scene View at edit time? I have been working on adding some tools to my waypoint system and I was hoping to use something like this to animate markers and indicators when selecting things.
