Some links in the README are not updated #1384

Hi,
Just to let you know that some links in the README are not working - in the Documentation section the bulleted links are giving a 404 error:

_For information on installation and configuration, see the myMPD documentation

Installation
Configuration
Running_

And thanks again for your great product and efforts.
