Create cypress test files and write tests for functionality for pokemon interaction
User has access to the play area

User sees a pokemon
user can click on the pokemon
Users sees the pokemons happiness bar increase

IF the happiness bar is full and the user interacts with the pokemon, there will be an alert telling the user their action could not be taken
