An issue reported on Jazz.net made me aware that my plug-in does not work for Japanese characters. Digging into this, It was obvious as the default encoding seems to be theone of Eclipse, which is depending on the system.

Switching to UTF-8 in general should resolve this, as it will be compatible with the contents allowed by RTC.
