According to the Docs on https://github.com/valentine195/obsidian-admonition#microsoft-document-syntax having a colon : after the admonition type and no title should render an admonition with no title.

At the time of writing this both with and without a colon I'm still getting the admonition type as a title.
With a colon and a custom title the custom title is showing up (correct behavior)
