using Entity_tz integration which uses timzonefinder library stopped working as of Home Assistant 2024.10, because they changed internals regarding the way libraries are installed

I've filed this issue at pnbruckner/ha-entity-tz#16 though am referred to your timzonefinder project, as the library needs to be made available by this project.

Hope you can check this, and make the library available via PyPi

seems changing to "timezonefinder==6.5.3" in the entity-tz integrations requirements fixes the issue.
