Breaking Changes:

Adjust all times to TimeSpan
Introduce better listening settings
Change IsGeolcationAvailable and IsGeoloationEnabled to Task
Add request permission Async
Remove Desired Accuracy & bundle into PositionSettings for GetPositionAsync
Add Activity Type
