TSL1.2 results connection timeout

PHP version: 7.3.11
Microsoft Exchange version: 2016

Description of problem:

TSL1.0 and TLS1.1 was disabled by Exchange admins. Only the TLS1.2 remains usable.
Since then all communication attempts (e.g. createEvent() fails with connection timeout.

Does the php-ews support TLS1.2 or can we set up it somehow?
Is there any other way to use the php-ews with Exch2016 using TLS1.2?
