I understand that rstan::vb function is single-core. Is it possible to replace rstan::vb with another implementation that is parallel? A quick search found this but I lack the expertise to judge compatibility with BITFAM: https://search.r-project.org/CRAN/refmans/LaplacesDemon/html/VariationalBayes.html
