I spelled out everything in the ENV.Local settings:
Base_uri = "Pinata Cloud My Cid Json Metadata"
Hidden_uri = "IPFS: //"
Next_public_contract_address = "Where to get it?"
Next_public_deployer_private_key = "Where to get it?"

How can I add my pictures?
Turborunns.json - What needs to be changed here?
