This is probably a dumb question, but is it possible when using a custom site_config to exclude the built in site_configs - i.e. to override them entirely? Graby seems to be merging my custom site_config and the matching built in site_config.
Thanks

Ah fair enough. It's just sometimes a default site_config will do something that I don't want so I was just hoping for a setting that would let me override the whole default thing.
My current workaround is just deleting the default file for a specific domain from the site_config (hacky I know)
