Adding naked URLs as clickable links

There is no plugin as far as I know that does that : Rendering the raw urls starting with http or www in markdown to a clickable links.

I think your plugin could be easily modified for that purpose. But I don't have the ability to understand you code or how to make a plugin. Maybe if you have a few spare moment, this could help a lot ;-)
