fix(gw): negative entity-bytes beyond file size

This PR aims to do end-to-end smoke-test and validation of upstream fixes:

• Run tests from fix(tests): properly test negative indexing gateway-conformance#190
• Against fix from fix(gw): entity-bytes with negative indexes beyond file size boxo#523
