Hint user about migration in homepage

Upon startup of the wallet (or account switch) we must fetch for stardust objects both shared and owned (1 of each is enough) and if at least 1 is found of any of the 2, then we have to show in the homepage of the user a small card below the staking one. Upon click on this card a popup should open displaying info and a link to the dashboard. We can refresh this query not very often, is not a critical query so it can be every minute or so
