bug: Can't find variable: Notification on iOS

When using LocalNotifications plugin on iOS (web), you'll get that error when trying to request permissions. Should be handled to return a proper error.

@jcesarmobile, can you suggest a workaround for the moment? Should we opt for using one of the cordova plug ins instead? At the moment, this bug causes local notifications on iOS to be broken, and it does not look like it will be supported from Safari's end for some time (https://caniuse.com/#search=Notification).
