This would simplify and speed up the installation process

libemail-outlook-message-perl contains msgconvert and should be the ideal candidate.

But there are some problems in some debian versions, like 11: https://www.mail-archive.com/debian-bugs-dist@lists.debian.org/msg1794224.html

To be investigated.
