[Bug]: Different behavior for resetting all the filters

Explored during https://github.com/insightsengineering/teal.gallery/tree/main/efficacy app testing for 669_insertUI@main branch.

When you start the app, you have all the filters listed as below

But when you delete all the filters

Then ADSL doesn't state it has 0 filters and it does not have 2 icons, as other datasets have
