I think a better approach would be to save the user's "preferred" amount of memory and use that as the default. There are several ways to approach this, I think just using the value previously used for a VMs configuration would be fine. I'll try to get this done for the next release, unless someone else opens a PR first 😄 Thanks for the suggestion |

Hello,
once again I love virtual buddy and just suggest new idea.
By default when you create a VM, it's half of the memory who is set and you can change it.
I'm lucky and one of my device have 64Go ... I don't want a VM with 32Gb so I manually put it down to 8Go.
I'm not sure what is the minimum of memory possible on Apple Silicon device, but my view is to set to 8Go if there is 16Go or more on the host...?
Of course I say that if it was easy to code .. no idea :->
