We do actually have nightly builds on buildkite for quite a few weeks now and we aren't really reporting on those. So, in order to keep an eye on that, I've added a badge for now in the README. Later, we may want to perform some extra assertions on the benchmarks and, export the build artifact (heap profiling visualization) to slack or gh-pages!
