Show/hide table of contents doesn't trigger resize event for vitessce

When the table of contents panel is opened or closed, the contents in some iframes don't resize. On the page linked below on atlas-d2k, the vitessce iframe does not resize the internal content properly. If the user uses the grab behavior to stretch/shrink the table of contents panel, the vitessce iframe does resize properly.
