Summary

Hermes has a configuration to specify a granter address.

There are no integration tests for this feature.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Passing tests for fee granters

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate milestone (priority) applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged
  • Contributor assigned/self-assigned
