Problem Definition

The Comet team is working on implementing the Data Companion Pull API and the RPC Companion, which will serve as proxies from which consumers of Comet data will pull from. It would be helpful for them if there was a catalog of the endpoints that Hermes currently makes use of. These can be added to the Hermes guide.

Proposal

Add a section to the Hermes guide cataloging the CometBFT endpoints that Hermes currently pulls from. A table with something like endpoint | query | data consumed would be ideal.
